CONSULTATION We require an initial 30-minute consultation and pet meet for all new clients before services are provided.
This is an opportunity to meet you and your animals and familiarize ourselves with your home and your pets’ routine.
KEYS Two keys must be provided at meet and greet. There is a $15 pickup/drop off key charge for any key exchange after our initial meeting.
CANCELLATION AND DEPOSITS Overnight pet care services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
PAYMENTS Little Friends Petsitters accepts payment through ApplePay, Venmo, Cash or Check. Payment is due in full at or before scheduled service.
OUT OF SERVICE AREA See neighborhoods list on home page. Additional mileage rates apply for out of area services.
HOLIDAYS $15 per service will be added. Holidays include: New Years Eve; New Years Day; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day;
Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve; and Christmas Day.
INJURED OR SICK PETS Clients are required to provide information on their pets’ health history and veterinary contact prior to services, along with a signed Veterinary Authorization form. If one of your pets becomes injured or ill under our care, we will contact you immediately and take them to your preferred vet. If it is after hours, we will take them to Dove Lewis Animal Hospital.
SERVICE FORMS Our clients are required to complete our Service Agreement, Pet Profiles and Veterinary Authorization forms (below). Please print the Service Agreement, Veterinary Authorization and applicable Pet Profile(s) prior to our initial meeting. For your convenience, we can also bring blank forms to our Meet and Greet.
