CONSULTATION We require an initial 30-minute consultation and pet meet for all new clients before services are provided.
This is an opportunity to meet you and your animals and familiarize ourselves with your home and your pets’ routine.
KEYS Two keys must be provided at meet and greet. There is a $15 pickup/drop off key charge for any key exchange after our initial meeting.
CANCELLATION AND DEPOSITS Overnight pet care services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours in advance you will be invoiced for the full amount.
PAYMENTS Little Friends Petsitters accepts payment through ApplePay, Venmo, Cash or Check. Payment is due in full at or before scheduled service.

HOLIDAYS $15 per service will be added. Holidays include: New Years Eve; New Years Day; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day;
Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve; and Christmas Day. Due to our own family activities, we do not offer overnight care on New Years Eve, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
RETURNING TRAVELERS So that your pet is not left unattended, it is important that you contact us upon your return home. If we do not receive a text from you, we will attempt to contact you. If there is no response, we will send a sitter to your home to continue the previously arranged service. Regular service charges will apply, and will be billed accordingly.
SCHEDULES Due to the fact that we do check-ins for several clients at one time, specific visit times will vary. We try to keep a consistent routine, but cannot be in multiple places at the same time. Traffic delays can also affect our visit schedules. Please let us know at booking whether you need to purchase specific times and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Evening pet care routine between 4-7 pm (dinner and walk)
Overnight stay (check-in by 10 pm)
Morning pet care routine between 6-9 am (breakfast and walk)
Midday walk following an overnight (if scheduled)
Cleaning / tidying up of pet areas
Home-related care, like collecting newspapers, mail and packages, watering your indoor / outdoor plants and gardens, alternating lights and blinds, putting out trash, caring for your outdoor wildlife (squirrels / birds)
Any other reasonable pet or home care
INJURED OR SICK PETS Clients are required to provide information on their pets’ health history and veterinary contact prior to services, along with a signed Veterinary Authorization form. If one of your pets becomes injured or ill under our care, we will contact you immediately and take them to your preferred vet. If it is after hours, we will take them to Dove Lewis Animal Hospital.
SERVICE FORMS We require clients to complete our Service Agreement, Pet Profiles and Veterinary Authorization forms (below). Please print the Service Agreement, Veterinary Authorization and applicable Pet Profile(s) prior to our initial meeting. For your convenience, we can also bring blank forms to our Meet and Greet.
